Job Summary:
Our clients are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join their hotels. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee, a friendly demeanor and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions at the point of sale.
- Maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper function.
- Keep the café clean, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Educate customers on different coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink options.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
