Job Summary:
Our client is looking for skilled and reliable Plumbers to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Identify and address potential plumbing issues before they become major problems.
- Provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements to plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Provide clear explanations of work performed and offer maintenance tips.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
Qualifications:
- High school Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Any college certification is a plus.
