Job Purpose:

Our client is looking for friendly and efficient waitstaffs to enhance the dining experience for their clientele. The Ideal candidates should have a genuine passion for service, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and seat guests upon their arrival.
Present the menu, explain special dishes, and answer any queries regarding food and beverages.
Accurately take and process orders, ensuring smooth communication with kitchen staff.
Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and professionally.
Proactively attend to guests’ needs and swiftly address any concerns.
Manage billing transactions and ensure guests receive correct change.
Keep the dining area tidy and well-organized.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Adhere to all company protocols and health and safety guidelines.
Support in the preparation and winding down of the restaurant as required.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Demonstrated customer service expertise with a welcoming presence.
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Keen attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
